WFCMS (World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies) is a large Chinese umbrella organisation that unites National Organisations from all over the world. Its aim is that of leading the whole world of Chinese Medicine to unity according to the process of standardisation promoted by ISO -TC249 . The process of standardisation includes establishing common curricula and syllabi of Chinese Medicine and standards for qualified teaching staff, able to deliver the best possible common ‘Foundation Training’ according to the tradition of China. This process does not exclude the possibility of delivering specialised ancient and classical training at the level of Masters and PhD.
